Job Title:
Senior Program Analyst

Job Description:
Support the development and integration of war fighting capability solutions enabling an effective U. S. Marine Corps capability to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities; provide

technical, architectural, and engineering support services in the development of functional concepts, capabilities development documentation, and minimum viable products; assessing the role of artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) processes in USMC capabilities, and; drafting Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant architecture frameworks and JCIDS documentation that advance USMC warfighting capabilities.

Job Location:
USMC Facility, Quantico, VA

Type position:
Full-time, primarily on-site for all classified activities.

Experience Required:

Over 6-years' experience developing and integrating war fighting capabilities solutions that enable an effective USMC capability to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities.

Drafting JCIDS documentation to support capability insertion

.
Applying AI/ML capabilities to improve joint warfighting processes
Supporting the development of Minimum Viable Products for rapid application/insertion into Combined/Joint domain applications.

Developing concepts to transform USMC C2 capabilities into a data centric environment through the integration of AI/ML and cloud environment capabilities.

Preferred – current experience supporting USMC Combat Development and Integration (CD&I) Directorate concept and capability development programs.

Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:
Expert knowledge and experience of the Marine Corps, its missions, organizational structure, warfighting concepts, both Joint concepts and Naval/USMC.
Expert knowledge and experience applying USMC/Joint C2 processes, data and cloud structure, AI/ML, architecture development, and process flows.
Expert knowledge drafting USMC MAGTF Functional Concepts and Capability Documents.

Working knowledge of the Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) areas of 0 Trust, Identity Credential Access Management, Cloud, DEVSECOPS, cybersecurity, and data.

Working knowledge of DoDAF applications for the development and update of Operational View (OV) enterprise architecture frameworks.
Working knowledge on development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budget documentation.

Security Clearance:
possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
