    What will you do?
    • Analyze data to support forecasting & master scheduling processes
    • Participation in day-to-day execution of master schedule and provide customer service follow-up.
    • Root Cause underlying reasons for any discrepancies from the goals and offer suggestions for corrective measures
    • Active involvement in Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) meetings.
    What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in production/inventory/demand planning field
    • Experience in Engineered-to-Order manufacturing (ETO) operations
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/analytics or related fields
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SQL
    • Proficiency in spoken English
    • SAP Experience Preferred
    • Strong Tableau & Power Automate experience is an asset
    • Experience with report writing and data extraction

    What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
    • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
    • Understanding of Planning & Scheduling Methods (APICS and/or LEAN)
    • Capacity to synthetize information into actionable activity.
    • Experience writing Programing languages (R, Python, etc) a plus.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Cultivate a rapport of respect among cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
