    We are seeking a skilled Pega developer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications.

    As a Pega developer, you'll play a crucial role in deploying large-scale Pega projects, ensuring seamless business process management, and enhancing customer experience.


    Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with business managers to understand the company's BPM (Business Process Management) application needs.

    Application Design and Development:
    Design and develop Pega BPM applications, integrating them with external APIs and databases.

    Solution Architecture:
    Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) environment.

    Class Structures and Data Models:
    Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

    Business Analysis:
    Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer requirements.

    Integration:
    Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services.

    Troubleshooting and Optimization:
    Troubleshoot application issues, identify coding bugs, and address bottlenecks.

    Performance Testing:
    Conduct system performance tests to ensure optimal functionality.

    Security:
    Maintain the security of all system applications.


    Requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.

    Experience:
    Proven work experience as a Pega developer.

    Pega Knowledge:
    Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x., 8.x, 23.X

    Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.

    Methodology:
    Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.

    Web Technologies:
    Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.

    Project Management:
    Excellent project management skills.

    Problem-Solving:
    Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
