- Provides security of hospital money by keeping cash register locked and keys removed when not in view of the cash register.
- Ensures good working inventory of "bank" by counting "bank" at beginning of shift and planning to ensure there are plenty of coins and one dollar bills.
- Stocks condiment containers before service begins and ensures adequate supply is maintained throughout service.
- Reconciles receipts with cash and/or meal tickets, maintaining a shortage/overage of no more than $5.00.
