Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with their business goals.
• Analyze social media performance data and metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss strategy updates, performance reports, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Lead the development of creative and engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
• Oversee the management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring they are operating at peak performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of social media marketing specialists, fostering their growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and analytics, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising budgets, optimizing spend and tracking expenses.
• Install and set up Facebook Pixel to track and optimize campaigns.
• Implement proper UTM tagging for campaign links to track traffic sources and performance.
• Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms and opportunities, evaluating their potential for client campaigns.
• Continuously assess and refine social media strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
• Training and delegate work to team members working within the social media department.
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• A passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Patient, able to train and delegate tasks.
