Description
Summary
The Sales Ambassador serves as the primary account management contact for their customer portfolio. This role is responsible for promoting MISA's diverse wine portfolio, expanding market presence, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The Sales Ambassador plays a key role in increasing customer loyalty, retention, and overall sales growth.
Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000
Monthly Incentives: Incentive payouts tied to core brand products.
Annual Commission: Earn commission when annual sales goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales and provide education on MISA's diverse wine portfolio to on- and off-premise accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of MISA products and assigned accounts.
- Strengthen and build existing customer relationships while expanding account base monthly.
- Explore new opportunities weekly to support MISA's market expansion.
- Identify customer business growth needs and develop tailored growth plans.
- Manage sales orders, inventory, and forecasting to ensure customer fulfillment.
- Host supplier visits, tastings, and promotional events.
- Commit to continuous learning in wine and sales.
- Participate in company sales meetings, trainings, and supplier events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Relevant experience in Wine and Spirits preferred
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to foster positive relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
