Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join their team as the Managing Director of Construction Claims.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ year's experience managing complex construction claims cases.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple locations remotely.
• Strong knowledge of Project Controls methodologies including scheduling.

As the successful candidate for this role you will have excellent project management skills that enable you effectively manage all aspects associated with complex construction claims projects from inception through completion.

You should also possess strong leadership abilities which would allow you motivate your team towards shared goals while ensuring high levels employee engagement throughout each phase life cycle.

• Lead cross-functional claim teams spanning geographically dispersed offices around US using effective communication strategies
