Our firm manages a diverse portfolio, including several retail brands and service-based companies. This is an active role in a fast paced company —we are looking for someone who can manage complex logistics across different industries simultaneously.
What You'll Do
As the Assistant to the C-Suite, you'll be the right hand to our executive leaders, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for the C-Suite team.
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
