    Job Description:
    Office Assistant III


    • Build spreadsheets to track and manage multiple tasks and prepare a weekly report to be submitted and reviewed by program lead.
    • Compile and prepare minutes from weekly meetings capturing salient points of discussion, tasks due, and questions raised.
    • Track, ship, and log various items that enter and leave the facility. In support of Inventory, enter WARP requests to update ERP and PIEE.
    • Prepare travel estimates for CONUS and OCONUS trips along with country clearance messages.
    • Maintain Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) database and files.
    • Perform analytical tasks supporting the SSTD program involving new construction ships. Generate and update Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) at the program and task level for Senior Management.
    • Participate in special projects/contracts and meetings as required.
    • Interact regularly with customers and industry representatives. Maintain communications with stakeholders at different levels and departments across the organization including external stakeholders and vendors.
    Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.

    3+ years of related experience

    Active security clearance required.

    Must be a US Citizen.
