- Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Product Launch: Lead product launch activities including messaging, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
