Description
Location:
Augusta, GA
Salary:
$100-140K+
Responsibilities
Act as site change agent and create a mindset of continuous improvement
Responsible for preparation and execution of sustaining capital & Manufacturing Excellence projects
and minor property items;
Works jointly with process/production/design engineers in defining the scope of projects;
Responsible for project cost estimates and coordinating project design and installation activities.
Develop and execute continuous improvement proposals
Design, manage, complete implementation plans with cross functional teams
Design and develop systems, programs, processes, SOP's, tools in coherence with
implementation plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience planning, execution, and monitoring capital and manufacturing excellence projects
Minimum of 7 years of operational technical knowledge is required.
Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems
Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Effective organizer of work and resources
