~ Responsibilities - Service Tech:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
Communicate directly with Service Advisors and all necessary parties to ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems and components
Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses
Complete required factory and dealership training
Install equipment as specified by the customer or the company
Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed
Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Tech:
Service Technician / Mechanic experience required
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment
