    Make an Impact with our Team

    We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating and driving the performance of the Madison Strategies Group brands. These marketing communications efforts will span social media platforms, websites, and offline marketing approaches to reach the Tulsa community, prospective customers, funders, and other stakeholders.

    The Primary Responsibilities of the Creative Marketing Coordinator Include:

    Online Strategy

    • Drive and manage social media engagement and online presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
    • Build and follow a content calendar to ensure timely posts and delivery of posts
    • Create recruiting ad campaigns for the classes/trainings and services offered by Madison Strategies Group and our programs
    Creative Storytelling
    • Continuously connect with internal departments and customers to tell their stories in a compelling way
    • Visit classes and interact with customers/students and instructors on a regular basis
    • Ability to write in a voice that reflects the values of our program and the people we serve
    • Investigate and discover opportunities for photo and video capture that give the organization the ability to share powerful stories
    Digital Content
    • Create content around customer success stories to be used across websites, social media, flyers, presentations, and more
    • Keep website content up-to-date and relevant
    • Manage visual asset library, including providing access to assets for staff or assisting in identifying assets as needed
    • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
    • Build, write, and monitor email campaigns through Pardot
    • Creation and management of Facebook Ads
    Requirements
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
    • Experience with social media platforms and engaging/building audiences on them
    • Graphic design experience
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs and similar creative software suites
    • Desire to work as part of a team of individuals dedicated to achieving excellent results while maintaining an evolving, fun, and energetic workplace
    Qualifications
    • Post Secondary education; BA or BS degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Skilled in planning, identifying priorities, and providing solutions
    • Proficient computer skills and experienced knowledge of Google Suite, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technology
    • Experience with writing and editing text content
    • Working knowledge of Wordpress and/or Webflow is desired
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work culture
