Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service to our corporate, insurance and individual clients, is seeking a Medicare Attorney with one (1) to four (4) years of experience to join our growing Medicare Compliance group within our Worker's Compensation Department in King of Prussia, PA.
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
You will also be responsible for performing conditional payment searches, preparing Medicare submissions for set aside approval, and drafting Medicare language for settlement documents. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
