Manage hourly workforce responsible for all warehousing operations: Receiving, Packaging Replenishment Picking and Shipping Deliver objectives related to Safety Quality Efficiency Absenteeism Cost and Cleanliness Interact with other salary employees suppliers to deliver successful results Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards discipline training personnel administration Maintain a positive working relationship with employees Leadership including fair equal administration of contract Facilitate crew meetings Prepare/maintain work related records as needed Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower lead CIP Safety Ergo teams Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams Established active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED Minimum year leadership experience Minimum year work experience similar positions Goal oriented individual Bachelor s degree preferred Strong analytical skills preferred Hard working willing learn Positive attitude focus problem solving Strong organizational skills ability demand accountability from all employees Ability motivate lead others around common goal Self motivated proactive approach resolving issues Excellent oral written communication skills Ability interpret data evaluate actions reach logical conclusions
