**Technical Lead Frontend Delivery**

Your work will be in the space of Design and Development of systems including integration with other back-end systems and will be critical to the delivery of digital solutions to our customers all over the world and teams across the digital organization.

**About the Role**

*As a Frontend Technical Delivery Lead, you will:*

**Design and Implement** applications by understanding business needs, defining solution architecture/design, conducting functional validation, and executing full sprint cycle from design through release

**Be a Team Player and Leader** work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, interact with customer, partner with cross functional and remote teams, lead the delivery of the technical solution and team

**Be Curious & Innovative** continuously update yourself with next generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices

**Be an Agile Person** with strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines, drive backlog planning and scrums

**Be an Effective Communicator** articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews/design review boards, and exhibit strong listening skills

**Take Ownership** responsible for E2E delivery, establish estimates from delivery/architecture, lead geographically distributed teams, create and maintain project documentation, monitor risks/mitigation strategies with stakeholders and strive for improving efficiency of the solutions

**About You**

*Youre a fit for the role of Frontend Technical Delivery Lead if you have:*

**Basic qualifications:**

6+ years of experience in the field of Business Systems and IT including experience with design, development and integration of applications, services, data, and processes

2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with a strong focus to frontend design and development including design and security patterns

Build aesthetical, functional, and responsive web-based applications

Be able to develop modern web user interfaces according to industry best practices, applying innovative front-end technologies

Experience with web services, microservices, XML/HTTP, REST HTML, servlets, APIs, and SOA

Familiar with backend systems such as SalesForce, Apttus, CIAM, and SAP is strongly desired

Familiar with cloud (preference to AWS) and/or on-premises using API management tools with preference to Dell Boomi and Apigee is desired

Strong knowledge of best practices for both performance and security

eCommerce knowledge with a focus of customer acquisition, retention and renewals, product trials, and commerce transactions

Be able to collaborate with various cross functional teams, internal/external technical experts, Architects, other Technical Leads, Systems Analysts, and 3rd parties to drive technical solutions

Work closely with the Engineers and Product teams to deliver the solution, identify and recommend ways to standardize configuration, and move towards a generic platform

Be able to provide technical expertise and complete peer code reviews to team members in a timely manner to ensure code standards, completeness, cleanliness, and quality

Familiar with technical estimation techniques and practices

Establish best practices in frontend design, development, and code quality

Knowledge of the Agile process and experience working in an Agile environment
