Investment Banking Vice President – Healthcare

As a Barclays Vice President, Banking Healthcare, you will gain a broad knowledge of the investment banking business by working on a variety of assets and assignments across this sector.

You will be engaged in projects such as company valuation, strategic advisory and execution of debt and equity offerings.

For this role, you will also handle specific responsibilities which may include financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale.

Playing a key role in financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale

• Assisting in the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials
• Striving to make a positive impact on the people around him or her by being a team player and an effective project manager
• Taking ownership of projects to drive a process forward, and also seek counsel from others

Bachelor's degree

• Over two years of experience as a Vice President in investment banking or Healthcare Corporate Finance
• More than four years of experience of working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Prior experience or knowledge of the Healthcare industry is preferred
• Working knowledge and prior experience with financial modeling, building, using, and operating cash flow projections and credit financial analysis
