    KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a

    Capital Giving Manager

    to be responsible for a high-net-worth individual donor portfolio, as well as planned giving donors and prospects.

    The Capital Giving Manager will passionately represent the mission, programs, and message of the organization, and network within the community to activate support.

    The ideal candidate will be a master of relationship management with authenticity, storytelling skills, and outstanding follow-up.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Manage an existing portfolio of high-net-worth donors; qualify and steward high-net-worth potential and current donors.
    Organize and implement fundraising opportunities and events; personal meetings, tours, engagement events, research, and other cultivation activities.

    Implement, track, and follow up on annual, sponsorships, planned giving, and other giving campaigns or department initiatives; leverage and maintain CRM.

    Proactively seek new funding sources to maintain relationships with current/past donors.
    Determine appropriate roles for staff to play in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and prospects.
    Coordinate and support the execution of donor-specific strategies.

    Create offers, proposals, and asks that will encourage donor retention and upgrades; understand personal interests and passions for specific aspects of the mission.

    Serve as a community ambassador/spokesperson and perform other related duties as needed.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or other related field.
    5+ years of nonprofit development experience or other closely related experience.
    Success in cultivating and soliciting prospects capable of five and six-figure gifts.
    Direct solicitation experience with the ability to connect with and influence donors by articulating the vision/mission/goals of the organization.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
    Excellent communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills; comfortable with public speaking.
    Ability to travel on a weekly basis (mostly day trips within the State of SC).
    Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
