    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License - Mild/Mod OR Mod/Severe certification
    Experience working with students with diverse special needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
    Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
    Drug screen and background check required
