- Manage financial and accounting operations in accordance with policies
- Oversee and adapt information systems to changing needs
- Conduct timely reviews of financial statements and perform analysis
- Reconcile and oversee bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with the CEO on financial affairs, policies, and facility goals
- Produce monthly general ledger and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with DOL, IRS, GAAP, as well as, all other federal and state financial reporting regulations
- Efficiently prepare materials for internal/external audits, collaborating seamlessly with other stakeholders
- Prepare and monitor the adherence of the annual budget, making recommendations for reducing costs, increasing income, and improving operational workflow
- Maintain fixed asset depreciation and record any related changes
- Education & Licensure: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' as a CFO in a health-care setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a healthcare business office required. Controllers seeking career advancement will be considered.

In this role, you will lead the financial administration of our facility, overseeing general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring robust internal controls and management of accounting systems for accurate and timely financial reports. Your strategic influence will shape the financial landscape of our facility, making critical decisions that contribute to the overall success of South Sound Behavioral Hospital
Compensation:
