    IT Support Specialist - Level 1


    As an IT Support Specialist at our Corporate Mindcare Solutions Headquarters in Franklin, TN, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

    This includes Microsoft 365 support, onboarding new hires, offboarding processes, and assisting both in-office and remote users.

    You will be responsible for setting up and supporting Windows and Apple devices, as well as systematically triaging and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team and independently on projects. The role will involve the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Compensations:
    $20 - $25 per hour


    Responsibilities:
    Provide Microsoft 365 support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user
    assistance

    Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing
    employees, ensuring smooth transitions

    Support users both in-office and remotely via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person
    visits

    Set up and configure Windows and Apple devices for employees, ensuring optimal
    functionality

    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and general
    networking problems

    Maintain vendor management and work to ensure pricing and contracts are tracked

    Document and track all reported issues using the company's ticketing system

    Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices within the healthcare industry

    Provide excellent customer service by offering advice, training, solutions, and guidance to
    users of varying technical expertise

    Manage devices, using InTune, and Kandi, Manage the procurement, installation, and
    maintenance of all computer hardware and software and all other products and supplies
    necessary to keep computer systems operable

    Work independently and collaboratively within a team on assigned projects

    Prioritize and track help desk calls to ensure timely resolution

    Perform other duties as assigned


    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    1-3 years of experience in a technical support role

    Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and administration

    Strong customer service skills with a dedication to providing excellent support

    Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative in problem-solving

    Ability to work independently and within a team setting to achieve desired outcomes

    Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts


    Preferred:
    Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation practices

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Experience with Zoho One is a plus

    Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
