    Job Summary:

    The Technical BA / Scrum Master will be responsible for overall solution delivery and development of Enhanced Dealer Dashboard projects, while adhering to quality, and timely delivery of projects, working in the role of a Technical BA.

    This role also ensures that all project artifacts meet and comply with project guidelines and standards. This individual will coordinate and facilitate SCRUM sessions.

    This individual will manage multiple work streams related to assigned project portfolio, support the SDLC process, work with the JIRA process and ensure consistency through the development framework, ensuring delivery of production quality work.

    In addition, this position will require to work closely with internal or external stakeholders during the initiation/discovery phase of a project.


    Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree with at least three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
    • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and data modelling.
    • Three years of experience using SQL.
    • Three years of experience using Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem
    • Experience working with .Net and JavaScript applications.
    • Strong data management and analysis skills
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
    • Ability to work with off shore resource and remote vendor management

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate daily support triage meetings and other regular meetings as required
    • Participate in documentation of support processes and methods
    • Lead daily standup calls with offshore team to provide status updates and hand-off instructions
    • Maintain current set of FordDirect's existing data pipelines documentation
    • Solid analytical capability is a critical success factor
