    Overview:

    We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join the Practice Integration Team at Sage Dental This role will focus on new and acquired dental clinics, from practice setup in preparation for a grand opening, pre & post-close support through systems conversion, and training as the subject matter expert for all operational processes. If you are highly organized, have clinical and operational experience, enjoy training, and understand change management and the importance of creating rapport with others, this role is for you. This position requires up to 90% travel time. Travel is non-negotiable and the selected individual must reside in Florida, Georgia or Tennessee.     Responsibilities:
    • Actively participate in the setup and operational launch of new dental clinics.
    • Oversee and organize the supply purchases, equipment, administrative, and clinical setup in preparation for the grand opening.
    • Meticulous management of checklists on various projects.
    • Actively assess the assigned clinic, understand their existing workflow, notate areas of opportunity, and create the training plan based on those observations.
    • Facilitate and implement training in various formats (1:1, group setting, remote) to help clinics maximize their financial and operational results, office workflow improvements, and systems.
    • Provide on-site and remote support throughout the assignment, during the turnover period & grand opening, pre & post-close through systems conversion, practice stabilization, and hand-off to the Director of Market Operations.
    • Interact, communicate, and build strong relationships with a varied spectrum of individuals and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
    • Facilitate and lead meetings, as applicable, with multiple stakeholders.
    • Act as a resource, representative, and mentor for others to assist in the understanding of new policies and operations processes.
    • Travel to assigned locations with overnight stays.
    • Other projects and initiatives as needed to promote the needs of the organization to support business growth and development.
    Qualifications:
    • Associate degree, certification, Dental related experience.
    • Clinical & operational experience within a dental office, three years + preferred.
    • Knowledge of a variety of Dental software, a plus.
    • Comfortable with public speaking in various learning settings, both in-person and remote.
    • Ability to create and present complex information to a variety of audiences.
    • Close attention to detail and organization in all aspects of your work.
    • Must demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others regarding professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, taking the lead, maintaining order, and showcasing a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to learn new software quickly.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well individually and as a team.
    • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high company operational efficiency and effectiveness levels.
    • Change management: Understand the importance of creating rapport with team members undergoing change and assisting them in feeling at ease for their upcoming PMS conversion.
    • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
    • Passion for training others.
    • Ability to travel to assigned locations, with overnight stays as needed. REQUIRED.
