The Customer Relations Associate performs various customer service activities to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner handling merchandise with care providing information and direction to customers.The position requires a strong commitment to world-class customer service ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities include greeting all customers as they enter the store in a friendly outgoing manner handling customer's merchandise returns completing refund exchange paperwork selling appropriate hunting fishing licenses administering incentive reward programs providing legendary experiences for every customer every time by assisting customers making buying decisions identifying evaluating customer needs making product recommendations promoting programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership VOC In-Store Pick-up.
