    Position Summary:

    The Lead Patient Service Representative serves as an ambassador and point of contact for practices or patients in our community who are making referrals to CCS Psychiatry or CCS Outpatient Counseling.#

    They are also responsible for managing those referrals between the CCS programs and maintaining an effective system for referral tracking.

    # In addition, they assist with scheduling new patient appointments and other assigned projects.

    # Education/License High school or GED # Experience 0-1 yr.

    # Skills Computer, Customer Relations, Filing, follow verbal instructions, Grammar / Spelling, Interpersonal, Medical Terminology, Organizational, Read/comprehend written instructions, Telephone, Typing, Verbal # Must successfully complete medical terminology class within six months of hire.
