Hours/Shift: Full Time, 7.5 hours per day
Grade Levels: 6-8
Caseload Size: 12-15 students per teacher
Experience Level: New Graduates and Out-of-State Candidates Welcome if Certified in Special Education: General Curriculum or Adaptive Curriculum
Primary Duties:

About the Position: We are actively interviewing for Middle School Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. These positions are contracted through our partnership with Soliant.
Responsibilities: As a Middle School Special Education Teacher, you will work closely with students in a separate setting, providing specialized instruction in reading and math. Additionally, students will participate in science and social studies alongside their non-disabled peers. Exploratory classes are also part of the curriculum. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of 12-15 students and ensuring their academic progress and social-emotional development.
