Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.

Masters degree in Nursing or related field required. If Masters in another field, must have a BSN. PhD or DNP strongly preferred.

Previous experience in Magnet Program Director, Practice Council leader or document preparation strongly preferred.

Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in research process and evidence-based nursing practice preferred.

Previously worked at a Magnet Recognized Hospital or health system preferred.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
