Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-shift briefings to stay informed about service details
• Collaborate with the Chef, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery; assist in course presentation
• Handle any necessary table-side service, including taking orders, serving dishes, and explaining the menu to guests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; able to recognize items and ingredients by sight
• Keep the kitchen and suites clean and well-organized

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a comparable dining setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements; may involve climbing stairs
• Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds for various tasks
• Able to navigate between tables and corners
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for taking orders and handling checks
