- Deliver outstanding medical support while building strong relationships with patients.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Prioritize patient time and schedule of the doctor at all times.
- Operate manual lensometer, auto-lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field test equipment or OCT accurately and efficiently.
- Clean examination equipment regularly for optimal performance. This includes tonometer tip maintenance as well.
