Job Description:
Competent in doing H&P's in collaboration with the attending physicians.

Provide and document continuity care of assigned in-patients,Do appropriate discharges and care transitionsInitiate and manage appropriate medication within the scope of practice.

Required Education and Experience:
CRNP Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
Physician assistant licensed in Pennsylvania.
BLS and ACLS certification.

Required Skills and Abilities :
Prior experience with Hospitalist medicine would be ideal
