    Content is core to bringing Front's brand to life and is an essential growth lever in creating fuel for our marketing engine.

    We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to help us run an extensive content marketing program that will drive demand for and adoption of Front.

    This is an inherently creative, collaborative, and strategic role:
    you'll partner regularly with our growth, creative, PMM, and product teams to bring fresh content initiatives to life. This role will report directly into our Senior Director of Brand.
    Job Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across channels and mediums that drives key metrics across the user lifecycle from awareness, to acquisition, activation and retention
    Own and produce a wide-range of content types that extend far beyond the traditional blog posts: tools, interactive web experiences, resource libraries, video programs, live and virtual events, and more
    Collaborate with other writers and our brand design team to bring high-quality work to life that pushes the Front brand forward
    Partner closely with our growth team to build meaningful engagement strategies to connect with our target buyer personas throughout the customer journey
    Partner with our product & PMM teams to make our product and our customers the center of our storytelling
    Nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
    Bring bold ideas to the table for how we can push our content program forward in a way that serves the needs of the business
    Deliver detailed content marketing analysis that includes meaningful and actionable insights around how content is driving business impact
    Job Requirements

    5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a content or campaigns role
    Proven experience growing and engaging audiences through impactful content marketing
    The ability to bring big ideas to life manage cross-functional, multi-channel projects end-to-end
    Phenomenal writing, editing, and production skills
    Strong technical expertise; you should be well versed in modern tooling and have an opinion about how we can optimize for everything from efficiency to SEO
    A deep appreciation for storytelling and desire to make an impact
    A collaborative, no-ego approach to work
    This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
