    Airswift is looking for a Business Systems Admininistrator to work for a major LNG Client in Houston, TX, for an initial 6-month assignment.


    • Primary Purpose

    Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop and/or modify moderately complex information systems.

    Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

    Partner with team members and internal IT staff to design effective solutions to solve business problems and enhance efficiency and reporting for department systems and processes.

    Prepares functional requirements, develops test plans, and works on production related issues. Provide primary support and resolution of day-to-day problems by troubleshooting moderately to complex issues occurring within the business applications. The Business Systems Analyst may be called upon to perform project management duties on smaller projects.

    • Maintain and develop process workflows and business logic rules. Guide end users towards utilizing leading practices and guidelines. Prepare and deliver end user training program to include new users and refresher courses. Documentation of application related issues through the change management system. Maintain application security roles, permissions, and user licensing.
    System Set Up and Onboarding for Project EDMS and Back Up Administrator for Data Room system and Project SharePoint Sites


    • Primary interface to end users on new implementations, integrated interfaces, and major system enhancements. Comprehend and gather requirements, design solutions, train end users, lead testing effort, complete SDLC and change management documentation.

    • Work collaboratively with Solutions Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Business Solutions Developers, and stakeholders to effectively support delivery of quality solutions to business problems.
    15%Provide technical expertise and leadership to other team members with tools and best practices regarding current and new systems.

    10%Communicate with all levels of management and end users during analysis, development, testing, and operational phases including status updates, issue identification, and approval requirements.

    Respond to internal and external audit requests for information. Ensure internal controls are effective. Manage end user security and licensing to ensure they follow company policy.

    Travel to company sites for requirements gathering, support, training and implementations. Provide after- hours support as needed.
