    Description

    Our Client, one of Wisconsin's Top general contractors, construction managers, and design builders, is seeking a *Project Manager *for their *Pewaukee, WI* location.

    This position will oversee all facets of construction projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.

    This position operates on a *Monday-Friday *schedule during *first shift hours *at their Pewaukee, WI location, with a *salary ranging from $95,000 to $112,000.

    *Job Responsibilities:


    • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project software.
    • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
    • Generate and disseminate required reports on project progress and financial performance.
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold construction standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
    • Provide leadership and support to project teams.
    • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and address concerns.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation.
    *Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in general contracting, construction management, or design-building.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint software.
    • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities, and strong analytical capabilities.
