Job summary
The Banquet Server is responsible for the server activities for the Foodservice Department, Groesbeck Golf Course and Legends Global sponsored/managed events and properties.Provide professional and timely service by setting up, transporting, and serving food and beverages while ensuring work areas are clean and compliant with health safety standards.
- Handle all aspects of banquet event setup including linens service ware place settings tables condiments centerpieces buffet arrangements as well as teardown cleanup.
- Deliver an excellent dining experience by serving clearing courses replenishing utensils beverages meeting guest needs according to the Banquet Event Order BEO.
