    We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill our parts counter position. Michael Burk invites you to join his team at Garcia Subaru. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Excellent customer services skills, attention to detail, and a great attitude are paramount. Training will be provided. We look forward to talking with you and assisting in starting your new career.     We are looking for a driven individual who wants to provide exemplary customer service to our retail and service customers, who is interested in career advancements opportunities and who is not afraid to work hard to reach their full potential

    Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
    • Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are met.
    • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
    • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
    • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
    • Informing customers of any current specials.
    • Must be able to work 40 hrs a week and every other Saturday.
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
    Requirements:
    • Two or more year's related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
    • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
    • One or more years of sales experience preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Professional appearance and work ethic.
    • Valid driver New Mexico license.
    • Able to pass a drug test, background screening, and have a clean driving record.
    *All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*
