We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team, responsible for the precise setup and operation of vertical mills to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working from blueprints and process sheets to craft metal components with exceptional accuracy.

$49,000 - $62,400 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Setup and operate CNC vertical mills proficiently, utilizing work offsets, tool height offsets, and demonstrating familiarity with cutter compensation. Perform light G code editing as necessary to optimize machining processes. Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to specified tolerances, both during in-process stages and prior to submission to the inspection department. Ability to work meticulously to achieve and maintain close tolerances, consistently delivering high-quality finished products. Determine and implement appropriate feed and speed adjustments to optimize machining efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to make recommendations for material usage and design improvements, contributing to process enhancements and overall productivity. HASS machine is a plus.
