Right at Home – Frederick, MD is hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, client coverage, and daily staffing operations in a fast-paced home care environment. You'll manage scheduling challenges, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure our clients receive the best care possible. Collaborate closely with dedicated professionals who share your passion for customer-focused service and high performance.

Job Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caregivers for in-home care clients
Fill open shifts and manage call-outs
Respond to last-minute schedule changes
Communicate with caregivers, clients, and internal team
Maintain accurate scheduling records
Ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction
Support caregiver retention through consistent communication
Qualifications
Experience in scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or logistics preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and interruptions

Your Day as a Scheduling Coordinator
This is a Monday through Friday, in-person role based in our beautiful Fredrick office. Standard hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings past 5:00pm as needed to support our work and clients.
As a Admin Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator at Right at Home, you will:
Coordinate multiple caregiver schedules, client appointments, and shifts efficiently
Communicate clearly and compassionately with caregivers, clients, and families
Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and scheduling conflicts with professionalism
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across all client and caregiver documentation
Perform essential administrative duties, including answering phones, scanning documents, filing, and organizing office materials
Use scheduling software and other office technology effectively
Support clients and caregivers with a customer-service mindset, emphasizing reliability and professionalism
This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and a calm, flexible approach are essential. Your contributions directly impact client safety and satisfaction, as well as the smooth operation of our office.
