HighlightsCommunity Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist or IM/Diabetologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers in Kokomo, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
· Opportunity for full or part-time practice· Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm· Epic EMR· Part of a highly collaborative, collegial group of employed Endocrinologists (13 physicians)· Comprehensive care + dedicated multidisciplinary team in one location· Highly competitive compensation, benefits, and incentives (signing bonus, loan repayment, relocation options)· Opportunities for work-life balance ) and flexibility of practice/locationLicensure & CertificationBE/BC in Endocrinology or Internal Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
