    Position Purpose:

    Manage a team responsible for adhering to the department's Business Transformation Methodology. Source talent, coach, train, mentor and provide feedback; conduct annual reviews and all matters required by HR.

    Support the strategic oversight of the department, leveraging knowledge of healthcare, Centene, business improvement / transformation, organization change management, customer experience, and strategy.

    Ensure proposed business valuation maximizes impact with an emphasis on hard dollar Return on Investment (ROI) savings or cost avoidance scenarios.


    • Strategically partner with leadership, accomplished through gaining knowledge of the business / technology, building trust, and demonstrating value. Provide guidance and leadership and encourage collaboration to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives (defined as impacting 5k people, 5 business functions, or creating / full replacement of an enterprise process). Manage a cross-functional team in the design and execution of enterprise level transformation initiatives.
    • Oversee / coach reports as needed to identify, establish, and quantify measurable business benefits (financial/non-financial) achieved as a result of services provided including: business/technical transformation, customer centricity, operational excellence, organizational change management, and strategic planning.
    • Review external research approach and the internally developed initiative scope specific diagnostic tool. Oversee validation and results consolidation into a high quality, executive deliverable, which includes findings and multi-year strategic roadmap to address identified opportunities.
    • Coach / lead large scale workshops including all levels (i.e., individual contributor to Executive leadership) of employees through strategic, organization design, technology prioritization decisions, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
    • Demonstrate and execute thought leadership through out of the box thinking based in extensive industry knowledge, research and experience.

    Education/Experience:


    Bachelors degree in related field.

    8+ years of experience in at least three of the following:


    process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management


    License/Certification:

    Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridges Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred

    Pay Range:
    $142, $263,500.00 per year

    Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
