Description

Hum Cap's Client is seeking an experienced upper level Mechanical Assembler with a solid background in assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and modules.

The idea candidate will possess a basic understanding of lean concepts, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, and modules using various tools and machinery, following visual aids, prints, wiring lists, diagrams, routing instructions, and process sheets.

Utilize fasteners to build up electronic assemblies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Conduct mechanical assembly operations with precision, employing standard measuring tools and techniques.

Perform electronic assembly tasks such as wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors, and other electronic components.

Fabricate wires on a Jig Board (Harness Board) according to specifications, employing techniques such as continuous lacing, flat lacing, and spot tying to create bundles and routings as per drawing requirements.

Prepare wires by routing, dressing, and terminating conductors to specific dimensions as instructed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in electronic and mechanical assembly techniques, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
