Dispatcher (Hybrid role) This is an exciting opportunity to join UtiliQuest, LLC as a Dispatcher working in our Beltsville, MD location.

What you'll do... (essential functions) Receives work order and dispatches to appropriate field technician. Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service. Keeps record of service calls and work orders. Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments. Other duties as assigned. (required skills for success) 3 years of more years of dispatching experience preferred High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment requirements.

Applicant should have some basic computer knowledge and the desire to learn new computer programs. Applicant must be detail oriented and understand the volatile impact of accurate audit findings and reporting.
