    Job DescriptionSalary: $22-30/hour

    Premier Tool is looking for a 2nd shift General Factory Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team in their machine shop. Their main duties include repair and preventative maintenance of equipment and building. They seek talented, driven, and experienced individuals to support their teams in Manufacturing for their facility.

    Shift is as follows:
    2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday - 3:30 PM to 2 AM

    Essential Functions:

    • Moving of machinery and equipment.
    • Diagnose machine and equipment problems.
    • Repair of stamping presses and related production equipment.
    • Repair of tool room machines and equipment.
    • Maintenance of building and infrastructure.
    • Performance and documentation of machine and equipment preventive maintenance.
    • In addition to these duties, Management reserves the discretion to add or modify the duties and responsibilities of this position at will.

    Skills:

    • Understanding of mechanical systems.
    • Basic electrical concepts.
    • Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
    • Basic plumbing.
    • Comprehension of preventive maintenance.

    Attributes:

    • Ability to grasp training agendas quickly and retain knowledge.
    • Ability to communicate and be a team member.
    • Reliability concerning attendance and punctuality.
    • Multilimb Coordination and manual dexterity allowing lifting capabilities up to fifty pounds.
    • Support of the Safety Policy in day to day activities.
    • Knowledge of appropriate ISO policies and procedures

    Experience and Education:

    • High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate)
