    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

    Opportunity:

    RN - Med Surg

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week

    • Must work every weekend and holiday rotation

    • Required to work in charge nurse role with additional training provided

    • Patient ratio up to 1:6 on 22-bed medical surgical unit

    • Must be able to read telemetry and identify heart rhythms

    • Experience with cardiac drips required

    • Float requirements to other facilities including Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago as needed

    • No on-call or callback requirements

    • 2+ years of medical surgical experience required

    • At least one travel contract completed preferred

    • Must have recent Epic charting experience within past 12 months

    • Short term acute care hospital experience required

    • Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Wisconsin RN license

    • Any scrub color acceptable

    • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • 13-week contract length

    This hospital provides comprehensive medical surgical care in a 22-bed unit that focuses on acute care services. The facility emphasizes quality patient care and maintains modern equipment and technology including Epic charting systems. The facility offers additional training opportunities for charge nurse responsibilities and maintains high standards for patient care delivery.

    Adex Job ID #PROMHO Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
