    Job Description

    The Overhead Door Company of Fort Wayne is a leading provider of the second-largest insulation installer in the U.S. residential new construction market. We specialize in residential garage doors, commercial doors, and insulation.

    Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a motivated Operations Assistant to join us.

    As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Dispatching
    • Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
    • Coordinating schedules and appointments.
    • Communicating with clients and vendors.
    • Providing administrative support to the operations team.
    • Data entry

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
