- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, program goals, policies, and procedures
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional development
- Collaborate with the medical director, therapists, and case managers for comprehensive and integrated care
- Maintain a pulse on staff performance; intervene with support and mentorship when appropriate
- Encourage and support continuing education opportunities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring adequate coverage and patient flow
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and client satisfaction - implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and ethical guidelines
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support staff in developing individualized treatment plans including navigation through complex clinical cases
- Step in to deliver direct client care and/or crisis management when appropriate to ensure safety and well-being
- Master's Degree
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC credentials
- Experience supervising associate therapists
- Two plus years of professional experience post-licensure
- Experience in residential or outpatient treatment settings a plus
- Experience with evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and clinical interventions
- Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology platforms
