Can you multitask, are an excellent listener, and have strong verbal communication skills. If so, this may be the position for you. As a BDC representative you'll play an important supporting role in the success of our business by ensuring that customers are satisfied.
Representatives handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, using their knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with their service-related appointments. As a call center representative, you'll speak with customers, listen to their needs, clarify information, and offer convenient schedules. This full time position works 4 weekdays and Saturday. If your qualifications match our request and you have an interest in growing with a great team, this could be your position
