- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current NYS Certified Nurse Aide Training certificate or completion of the first clinical rotation at an accredited nursing school.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Preferably three to six months of CNA or PCT experience.
- General knowledge of key high school subjects including medical procedures, basic sciences, and office equipment.
- Current NYS C.N.A. certification or completion of the first clinical rotation at an accredited nursing school.
- BLS certification mandatory within 90 days of hire.
