    The role of the Hospital Quality Risk Management Director involves overseeing hospital-wide initiatives related to loss prevention, risk identification, and patient safety across various entities and practice sites.

    This includes analyzing reports to identify potential legal issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement and education. The director is responsible for regularly presenting reports to the Chief Medical Officer and relevant administration.
