    Description

    The System Administrator manages corporate and facility infrastructure and is responsible for activities related to server support and system administration
    Supports Active Directory, O365 Email, various security systems, and related applications, along with system administration of the Windows based servers or cloud based systems hosting the applications

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Provides technical and engineering expertise in the areas of systems-related project planning, design, and engineering of systems, including system performance management, security audit and remediation.
    • Researches, reviews and recommends hardware and software improvements.
    • Develops and maintains secure systems design and network using in-depth knowledge of systems hardware and operating systems software and network communications
    • Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization
    • Performs installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software
    • Implements operation system enhancements that will improve the reliability, performance, and security of the system.
    • Drafts system processes and standards to achieve company goals
    • Leads research and analysis of technology-based processes and systems for identified business objectives
      Collaborates on design and implementation of approved projects.
    • Assists in documentation of processes and systems.

    • Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains regulatory and industry standards.
    • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
