    Service Financial Advisor

    Are you a detail-oriented financial professional passionate about client service and financial planning? Join our team as a Service Financial Advisor, where youll collaborate with lead advisors, build lasting client relationships, and support our wealth management team. This role involves working closely with clients and lead advisors, assisting with financial planning and investment analysis as well as day-to-day operations to help grow the firm. The primary focus of this role is to serve as a relationship manager, maintaining and strengthening connections with both new and existing clients. You will collaborate with the entire team in a client support capacity, ensuring excellent client service.

    What Youll Do:

    Client Support

    • Conduct annual reviews & maintain client relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Proactively contact clients regularly to continue to build relationships and discover changes that have or could impact their financial plan.
    • Prepare materials for client meetings, including financial plans, investment reports, and presentations.
    • Attend client meetings with the lead advisor & manage follow-up tasks.
    • Event & workshop support in preparation, development of presentations, and meeting with clients/prospects.

    Financial Planning & Investment Analysis

    • Develop & update comprehensive financial plans using specialized software.
    • Conduct research on financial products, investment options & market trends.
    • Perform investment portfolio analysis and assist with rebalancing recommendations & tax loss harvesting opportunities.
    • Identify new opportunities with existing clients and assist lead advisors in managing prospect pipeline in CRM.
    • Analyze various aspects of client financial situations, including investments, government benefits, retirement planning, insurance & cash flow/debt management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, industry regulations & product information.

    Operational Support

    • Coordinate with custodians & other financial institutions on behalf of clients.
    • Maintaining client confidentiality & adhering to ethical standards.
    • Support the implementation of new technologies & processes to improve operational efficiency.

    What Were Looking For:

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a client-facing role advising clients.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
    • FINRA Series 7 license and FINRA Series 65/66 license required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, effective communication and organizational skills.
    • Proactive approach to work with a willingness to take initiative.
    • Experience with Redtail CRM, Office365 and eMoney (preferred).
    • CFP certification or progress toward certification (preferred).
